This role will report directly to theCountry Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.This role will be responsible for theNorthern region in Spain, and it is welcome to work in our office inMadrid or remote in Bilbao.You will identify as well as continuouslysupervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributorsin North Spain.You will oversee theonboarding processof new partners and buildlong-term, successful business relationships.You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.You willdefine and drive business planswith partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial developmentYou will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.You will createaccurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategiesto ensure business targets in North Spain are achieved.Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. You will regularly update our CRM system with the relevant partner and deal with information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.You havesolid IT knowledgegained through your academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification—ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services.You haveat least five years of professional experiencein the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.Experience withenterprise sales methodologiessuch as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex Partners or end users environments involving multiple stakeholders.You have relevant experience indealing with sales partners and distributorsin Spain and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.You arewilling to travel frequently(up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiationsYou have an excellent knowledge in Spanish and at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written.You arehighly organizedand know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of the Hornetsecurity Group.A competitive salary with a performance-based bonus structure.Home-Office Optionandflexible, trust-based working time.Team events like Laser Tag, Escape Room or nights out together – let yourself be surprised. xsgfvud And, of course, the usual standards such as development opportunities, coffee, tea, soft drinks & fresh fruit, office dogs, no dress code and much more.
