To maintain and grow our business with these Strategic Accounts, we leverage our position as one of the most trusted AdTech partners in the travel industry. This strong foundation equips us to continue our success story.We are seeking a Client Partner to help us to drive this important business stream towards our ambitious goals in the European Region.Manage and grow the client relationships (whole client organization up to C-Level) and drive strategic development for sustainable revenue growth together with two Tier1 Travel Brands.You will design the growth strategy for and with your clients and transform it into trackable actions to generate significant results, with a clear focus on cross/up-selling and innovation. Opportunity spotting pared with Client Centricity at the core.Ensure client retention / satisfaction and position yourself as a trusted advisor to create a true strategic partnership through the entire client organization.Build strong relationships with internal Criteo stakeholders to size and position the crucial needs of your clients towards Product, Marketing, Legal and other important departments.You will be the functional leader of a virtual team (Account Strategist, Campaign Manager, IT engineer, Business Intelligence and Design) to transform strategy into results.You will lead innovative projects to deliver added value to your customers and CriteoOrganize Customized Client Workshops to align all stakeholders around the most important strategies and growth drivers to increase partnership and Solution-Rollout.Aim to exceed quarterly business targetsWho You Are:You are an entrepreneurial thinker, mastering consultative sellingYou have a deep understanding for digital travel business models and complex project management in AdtechDeep knowledge in digital media / AdTech, and the eco-system around digital advertising strategies (full funnel), plus understanding for Criteo´s position in this changing industryBringing different products together to a customized solution architecture is something you are good at.You know how to position as a trusted advisor towards decision making stakeholders to adopt ideas by managing pushbacks in fast paced and high-pressure environments.Sense of identifying significant business opportunities and a creative approach to overcome blockers towards potential realization.Combination of impactful negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to persuade at all levels, both internally and externally.Strategic Thinking and the ability to translate the strategy into different teams for measurable actions and results.You are also an inspiring leader with clear visions towards internal and external stakeholdersYou combine analytical thinking with bold approaches to take the right decisionsYou have a growth-mindsetWithin complex and fast pacing environments you are focusing on the big picture and the forces who matter to your success contributionWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
