En reporte a la dirección de Recursos Humanos de este grupo multinacional industrial, se incorporará con el objetivo de liderar el área de personas en una de sus plantas. Su rol estará focalizado en las siguientes funciones: Liderar los procesos de incorporación de personas, de atracción y gestión del talento; Alinear y desarrollar la mejora del desempeño para todo el personal, fomentando el desarrollo del equipo y su acompañamiento; Gestión de la formación, así como de las subvenciones pertinentes; Garantizar el área laboral, supervisando permisos, licencias, control de presencia, etc.; Gestión del área de relaciones laborales y relación con el Comité de Empresa, etc. Pensamos en una persona con Formación Universitaria, que aporte una experiencia aproximada de 5 años en funciones similares, con proveniencia de empresa industrial e interlocución con Comités de Empresa . Se requiere un nivel alto de inglés y euskera. Se ofrece una retribución de 54.000 € brutos anuales.
