POSITION OVERVIEW


  • Implementation and development of CND business in Asia and EMEA countries.
  • Sales and marketing budget management in a responsible territory
  • Distributors management
  • Coordination with marketing and education for launches, promotions and events


MAJOR DUTIES


  • This role will lead some of Asia and EMEA markets with CND brand portfolio to achieve budgeted Gross and Net sales targets while contributing to the overall department budgeted EBITDA.
  • Working with the Commercial Director and EMEA & Asia Business Unit (Marketing, Education, Finance, Regulatory) to develop, lead and execute a sustainable growth strategy focused on constant brand building in these markets.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals by creating a growth strategy for each customer that is synergistic with the company business plan, pricing and promotions policies
  • Ensure all NPD and promotional activities are launched with the appropriate support as per the strategy.
  • Own the development of customer JBPs and associated funding to ensure joint growth targets are achieved within the budgeted spend .
  • Drive In-Market sales by providing excellent execution and developing the best in class partnerships with CND distributors.
  • Lead and continuously develop the distribution Partners to deliver budgeted annual gross and net sales.
  • Manage market activities and brand support investment of the activities organized by distributors.
  • Ensure all Sales & Marketing plans are developed jointly between our company and our distribution partners and are executed.
  • Measure progress on our company and key customer deliverables via monthly reports as per agreed standards.
  • Implement trade terms and conditions to each distributor/market in line with the brand strategy.
  • Drive the negotiation and contact strategy with the distributor including frequent market visits to fully understand the business.
  • Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts, ensuring timely completion of all required reports.
  • Provide relevant account performance information, markets´ insight and knowledge to wider our business teams .
  • Coordinate legal support for the territory (agreements, export/import documentation, product registration control).
  • Invoice and Credit management within agreed timelines and standards
  • Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counterparts.



EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Track Record: Proven success in managing customers from the Middle East and Asia.
  • Experience in the professional nail/beauty categories is advantageous.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • In-depth knowledge of B2B or distributor account management, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and the promotional landscape.
  • Familiarity with Asian and Middle Eastern cultures, mentalities, and specific distributor management practices.
  • High commercial awareness and business acumen required
  • Fact-based decision making a must – ability to manipulate/analyze data to lead commercial arguments
  • Skilled negotiator is a must (ideally attended negotiation training)
  • Skilled influencer leading the agenda with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to construct and deliver influential commercial selling presentations
  • Ability to think creatively beyond typical parameters
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexible with a creative vision
  • Skilled and enjoy working in multi-functional teams
  • Able to travel and visit periodically the different countries under the responsibility
  • Self-organized and self-motivated, ready to work independently



EDUCATION


  • Degree level qualification, or similar relevant experience .
  • Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls.
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal skills. Fluent proficiency level of English. Fluency in one of the key market languages would be an advantage.
