At Hays Executive, we are looking for a Senior HRBP for a leading international company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a global presence and a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for defining and leading the People & Culture strategy in Iberia, ensuring its alignment with corporate objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the regional P&C team to drive strategic initiatives, implementing talent management practices that strengthen business execution and foster high-performing teams. Key Responsabilities Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders and HR Business Partners on performance management and talent development. Lead the People & Culture strategy in Iberia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing employee experience. Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and development programs to build high-performing teams. Design and implement talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies for key roles. Analyze engagement survey results and define action plans to improve employee well-being. Ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements across the region. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and propose strategic actions. Lead organizational transformation projects and act as a change agent to strengthen culture and efficiency. Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement best practices and innovative HR solutions. Requirements Over 10 years of experience in HR roles, having previously held a similar position. Proven experience in international environments and in high-volume companies within FMCG or large-scale retail. Strong knowledge of fast-moving and highly complex organizational settings. Fluent English (high level) is essential. Ability to lead strategic projects and manage teams in dynamic, changing environments. xsgfvud High resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges and drive results under pressure.
