¿Te apasiona la tecnología cloud y disfrutas trabajando mano a mano con clientes?Desplácese hacia abajo para encontrar los detalles completos de la oferta de trabajo, incluyendo la experiencia requerida y las funciones y tareas asociadas.En Arsys, parte del grupo internacional IONOS, buscamos un/a Technical Account Manager (TAM) que combine visión técnica y orientación al cliente para ayudar a nuestros partners estratégicos a sacar el máximo partido de nuestras soluciones avanzadas.Ser el punto de referencia técnico para clientes clave, guiándoles en el uso y evolución de nuestras soluciones cloud.Coordinar y supervisar proyectos e implantaciones técnicas, asegurando que todo fluye sin contratiempos.Actuar como enlace entre cliente y equipos internos, garantizando un servicio de calidad y el cumplimiento de los SLA.Detectar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones que generen valor añadido.Lo que buscamosExperiencia previa en soporte técnico avanzado o gestión de cuentas técnicas (TAM, Service Manager, Project Manager técnico o similar).Conocimientos sólidos en cloud computing, administración de sistemas (Linux/Windows), virtualización y entornos de hosting.Experiencia sólida en la administración de clústers con KubernetesCapacidad para gestionar proyectos técnicos de principio a fin.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización, con orientación a cliente.Nivel alto de inglés (valorable muy positivamente).Incorporación a una compañía líder en soluciones cloud, con el respaldo internacional del grupo IONOS. xsgfvud Oportunidad de trabajar con un equipo experto, dinámico y colaborativo.Formación continua y un plan de desarrollo profesional adaptado a ti.Forma parte de un equipo veterano que combina cercanía y excelencia técnica, dentro de un entorno internacional#J-18808-Ljbffr
