You’ll be part of the AI team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance as key stakeholders. Your mission is to design, build, and automate GTM workflows that scale how we generate pipeline, engage customers, forecast revenue, and operate as a high‑velocity SaaS company. This is a hands‑on, builder role for someone who enjoys turning messy GTM processes into clean, automated systems powered by AI.What you’ll doDesign and implementAI-powered automationsacross the GTM funnel (lead → opportunity → customer → expansion)Build internal tools and workflows to support:Lead enrichment, scoring, and routingSales research and account intelligenceMarketing operations and campaign executionRevenue forecasting and reportingIntegrate and orchestrate multiple GTM tools (CRM, marketing automation, data sources, internal systems)Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsWork closely with the AI team to:Build agents and automations using LLMsPrototype and productionize AI workflowsImprove reliability, observability, and performance of GTM automationsContinuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities to replace manual GTM work with automationWhat we’re looking forStrong engineering mindset with +3 years of experience building automation, internal tools, or integrationsComfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and workflowsHighly valuable experience with a startup or high‑growth SaaS experienceExperience with or strong interest in AI / LLM-based systemsPython experience is a big plus (for agents, automation scripts, data processing)Familiarity with GTM tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics, or finance systems (exact stack matters less than mindset)Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholdersBias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvementExperience building AI agents or workflow orchestration systems is a nice‑to‑haveExposure to data modeling, forecasting, or analyticsWhat do we offerAfront-rowseatinoneofEurope’smostexcitingcybersecuritystartups.HybridworksetupinourBarcelonaOffice.Competitive salary and benefits package (health insurance & therapy coverage).Flexible Retribution Program (meals, transport, childcare, and other tax‑efficient benefits). xsgfvud Asmart,humble,anddriventeamthatgenuinelyenjoysworkingtogether.#J-18808-Ljbffr
