You'll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges - ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible.Operations role is primarily focused onmonitoring, operating, and maintaining IT systemsacross enterprise infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:System Monitoring & MaintenanceOversee Windows and Unix-based systems across server infrastructures, ensuringhigh availabilityand reliability of services.Incident Management & EscalationAct as thefirst point of contactfor clients, escalating problem incidents to appropriate authorities and ensuring timely resolution.Infrastructure Changes & RequestsImplement infrastructure changes, handle service requests, and support project management processes related to system operationsPreventive & Proactive OperationsValidate alerts, execute preventive tasks, and apply proactive measures to avoid outages or abnormal situations.Security & ComplianceApply security protocols and participate in processes that protect organizational infrastructure from cyber threats.There will be mandatory shifts covering the customer service 24x7(Morning, afternoon and night shift)Who You AreWho You AreYou're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Experience•In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems•Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations•Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written• Collaborating with diverse technical teams• Acting as trusted advisors to customers.• Maintaining infrastructure throughcontinuous monitoring and proactive problem-solving .• Spanish and catalan languages required spoken and written.Preferred Skills and Experience•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields•Windows Server certification•CCNA/CCNP certification•SDWAN and network skillsBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
