Fides is an Italian IT and Cloud consulting company supporting organizations through their digital transformation journeys. With over 20 years of experience, we design and deliver tailored technology solutions and managed IT services to strengthen business performance for both customers and partners.As part of our European expansion strategy, we have recently launched our presence in Spain by opening an office in Madrid .We are now looking for a Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our commercial performance in the Spanish market.Manage and coach the existing Sales and Pre-sales team.Aumente sus posibilidades de llegar a la fase de entrevista leyendo la descripción completa del puesto y enviando su solicitud sin demora.Drive the commercial strategy in Spain, aligned with corporate growth objectives and go-to-market priorities.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, covering prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and deal governance.Establish and strengthen C-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.Coordinate closely with delivery, solution architects, and pre-sales to ensure high-quality proposals, and successful handover to delivery teams.10–15+ years of experience in IT services / technology consulting, ideally with exposure to Cloud services and digital transformation engagements.~ Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, including complex deal management and long sales cycles.~ Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales and/or pre-sales teams, with a strong coaching mindset.~ Existing professional network in Spain, ideally across relevant industries and decision-makers.~ Native/fluent Spanish is required.
