Here’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert: it’s awesome) Galenicum SAG team is hiring a Sourcing Manager. He/she will be a key player in leading the Sourcing Team of our Manufacturing Plant in San Agustin de Guadalix and identifying sourcing strategies for Finished Products, APIs/Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply to our manufacturing site. What you'll be rocking: Lead and manage the Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuous performance improvement. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Finished Products, API/Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply to manufacturing and contract sites. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key strategic suppliers and CDMO partners, monitoring performance against KPIs (Quality, Delivery, Cost).
