We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Wholesale Operations Assistant Senior to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting the wholesale department in managing orders, client relationships, and ensuring a smooth operational workflow from sales to delivery. Process and monitor wholesale orders through internal systems (SAP, B2B platforms, etc.). Communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, shipments, and any after-sales issues. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Assist in preparing sales reports, order summaries, and client account analysis. Manage and update customer databases and internal records. Help organize and support sales campaigns (showroom setups, sample coordination, agenda scheduling). Monitor stock levels for wholesale needs and propose replenishments. Assist in handling returns, claims, and exchanges according to company policies. Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to guarantee an excellent customer experience. Profile & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, International Trade, or a related field. Presencial work in Girona. Previous experience (1–2 years) in a wholesale, sales support, or logistics role (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills in English; French is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP systems is highly valued. Team player, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
