At Adsearch Spain, we are looking for a Financial System Analyst with experience as a OneStream Administrator.Todas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción.This is a key project to ensure that global reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes are carried out in compliance with US GAAP and SOX.You will hold a highly visible international role, combining technical expertise in OneStream with a strong understanding of financial processes to make a real impact on the way finance teams operate.Main Responsibilities- Manage and optimise OneStream.- Provide support in financial reporting cycles: consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes.- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams on system improvements, issue resolution, and ERP integrations.- Create and maintain reports for key stakeholders.- Document processes.Candidate Profile- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems. A Master's degree is a plus.- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles working as a OneStream Administrator (security, rules, data sequences, cube views, dashboards).- Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal controls, financial statements, consolidation, and forecasting.- Analytical, solution-oriented, and excellent communication skills.- OneStream certification, SQL or VB.NET knowledge, and ERP experience will be highly valued.What We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience.- Work model: Hybrid (3 days from home / 2 days in the office, Madrid) or 100% remote.- Role with international visibility, collaborating with finance teams worldwide. xsgfvud - Opportunity to grow as a OneStream financial expert and lead technological transformation in the finance area.
