Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance our OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform, streamlining financial reporting. This role will focus on administering OneStream, including maintaining security settings, managing system configurations, transformations, and confirmation rules. It will also provide support to global finance and accounting teams during financial reporting, consolidation, and forecasting cycles, ensuring that the financial data collected drives timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external requirements, as well as meeting US GAAP and SOX standards.The Opportunity The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, particularly with OneStream, and a good understanding of financial and accounting processes.Key Responsibilities OneStream AdministrationManage user and group access, roles, and security settings in OneStream.Maintain and enhance metadata structures (dimensions, hierarchies, etc.).Build, review, and update transformation and confirmation rules to ensure accurate data mapping and integrity.Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.System Enhancements & SupportCollaborate with finance and IT teams to design and implement system enhancements and process improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, calculations, reports, and workflows.Assist with integrations between OneStream and source systems (ERPs).Reporting & Forecasting SupportSupport budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities by ensuring timely data loads and availability.Develop and maintain cube views, dashboards, and custom reports as needed by stakeholders.Documentation & TrainingCreate and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.Train and support end users on system functionality and best practices.Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience with OneStream, including:Security administrationTransformation and confirmation rulesData management sequencesCube views and dashboardsStrong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and budgeting/forecasting processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred:OneStream certification or completion of OneStream training courses.Experience with SQL, VB.NET, or scripting within OneStream.Familiarity with ERP systems.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with strong results orientation, a high sense of business urgency, and strong customer focus.Strong system knowledge and ability to understand data flow and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Strong analytical mindset - ability to critically consider problems and develop solutions.Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines across the globe in a fast-paced environment.Why work at JBT Join us and play a key role in transforming how our finance team operates by maximizing the value of our OneStream platform.Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Finance and SalesIndustries Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
