The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs), foster collaborations, and contribute to data generation efforts. The MSL will act as a key liaison between the medical community and internal stakeholders, ensuring the exchange of credible, balanced, and evidence-based information.Key ResponsibilitiesExternal Scientific EngagementEstablish and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and other external stakeholders.Identify and map scientific leaders across Spain and keep stakeholder databases updated.Provide accurate, fair, and balanced responses to unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare professionals.Conduct scientific discussions and presentations related to therapeutic areas of interest, including on-label/off-label data, pipeline developments, and disease management.Support and organize advisory boards, scientific events, workshops, and medical education sessions.Insight Gathering and Strategic ContributionCapture, analyse, and report insights from the field regarding therapeutic trends, unmet medical needs, and the healthcare environment.Share relevant findings to support strategic decisions and development of medical initiatives.Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with regulations.Data Generation and Clinical Research SupportIdentify opportunities for real-world evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing research.Act as a point of contact for unsolicited research proposals, facilitating review and follow-up.Support implementation of company-sponsored studies, including feasibility, recruitment, site identification, and investigator engagement.Scientific Expertise and Internal SupportMaintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in reproductive medicine and related areas.Prepare internal scientific updates, literature reviews, and summaries from major congresses.Contribute to the creation and review of scientific content for internal training, external communications, and promotional/non-promotional materials.Attend scientific conferences to engage with external experts and gather competitive intelligence.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal departments such as commercial, market access, and clinical operations to provide scientific support and strategic input.Participate in the development and execution of local and regional medical plans.Ensure documentation of field activities and alignment with internal systems and tools.Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing medical activities.Required Qualifications and ExperienceAdvanced degree in life sciences or medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).Background in clinical or academic research, ideally within reproductive medicine, gynaecology, endocrinology, or women's health.Previous experience in a fertility clinic or as a biologist/embryologist is a plus.Proven ability to engage with medical experts and deliver impactful scientific presentations.Understanding of clinical research design, data interpretation, and medical writing.Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to medical affairs.Key CompetenciesStrong scientific acumen and communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and drive projects forward.Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.Fluent in English and Spanish.Willingness to travel up to 80% within Spain.Working EnvironmentThis role offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in reproductive medicine. xsgfvud You will engage with leading experts, contribute to scientific progress, and help shape medical strategies at a national level.If you are interested or know someone who might be, please apply here or contact me directly at #J-18808-Ljbffr
