Puede encontrar toda la información relevante en la descripción a continuación.Planet is a global provider of integrated technology and payments solutions for retail and hospitality customers.We create great experiences for the millions of people who use our payments, software, and tax‑free solutions every minute of every day.Planet empowers its customers to deliver great customer experiences by combining payments and software in ways that drive greater loyalty, increase revenue and save time.Founded over 35 years ago and with our headquarters in London, today we have more than 2,500 employees located across six continents serving our customers in more than 120 markets.This role is offered as a one‑year contract with the possibility of extension.What you will do:Leading most complex projects with PMS & Payments products after provided trainingRepresenting the PMO at meetings with key stakeholders (internal & external)Proactive attitude in solving project and team problems, based on data and fact analysisEnsure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirementDevelop, maintain and monitor project plans in Project Management Tools, that tracks overall progress, KPIs and milestonesAssign internal resources effectively to maximize deliverables outputReport project opportunities, risks and outcomes to appropriate management channelsManaging communication between internal and external stakeholdersWorking on Projects data coherence, reflected later in dashboards and reports provided for the Operations ManagementTaking care of projects documentation, database and processes in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce and other required tools according to internal standards within the teamWho you are:Experience in project coordination or management is a big asset.Experience in direct communication with clients is a must.Proficient in MS Office and at least one project management tool (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday).Fluent in both English and German.Educational background or formal training in hospitality and/or IT sectors is an asset.Experience in the hospitality or payments industry is an asset.Why Planet:Planet is an equal opportunity employer where diversity is valued, and all employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.Come and grow your career in the most exciting, fast‑paced technology market, with a business that delivers feel‑good connected commerce.
