We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.Position OverviewEmbrace the Customer service model and drive positive behaviors around the company focus areasDeliver the business initiatives to support the brand business vision and increase productivityLead & develop the team to deliver the RL Selling CultureExecute the Brand Presentation guidelines to further enhance the RL Selling CultureEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesExceed sales and profitability targetsDeliver sales and profitability through key metrics: KPIDeploy Staff resource to match skill/experience & customer requirementsAdopt tools & processes to improve employee efficiency & increase productivityUnderstand and support budgetary requirements to increase the store profitabilityManage & maintain a safe working environment for customers and employeesMaintain compliance of all company policy & procedures including health and safety and employment legislationPartner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve xsgfvud store complianceExperience, Skills & KnowledgePrevious managerial experience with a fast paced high volume retail environment.Work autonomously and give proactive guidance to team in a fast paced and dynamic environmentExcellent sales skills (actively engage with customers to promote sales and offer best in class shopping experience)Able to prioritize work load, meet tight deadlines and specified standardsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence direct team and othersRequired languages: EnglishComputer skills: MS Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
