We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our AI & Data squad—someone who thrives in complexity, is passionate about intelligent systems, and can turn raw data and automation into intuitive product experiences that unlock smarter decision‑making.About The RoleJoin a close‑knit design team of eight, where collaboration, culture, and in‑office moments are celebrated.Take full ownership of key AI‑powered product experiences—from discovery and research through design, experimentation, and iterative delivery.Partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to bring smart automation, insights, and predictive workflows to life.Design the systems and interfaces that power data‑driven decisions for thousands of finance professionals.What You’ll Be DoingLead UX for AI & data‑driven features.Design intelligent experiences—from smart suggestions and classifications to embedded analytics and data workflows.Drive strategic research & discovery.Uncover user needs around data clarity, automation, and trust.
