Overview Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.About the role As a Senior Product Designer at Genesy, you will play a key role in shaping how our product is conceived, designed, and delivered.This role exists to raise Genesy’s design maturity. You will own end-to-end customer journeys, strengthen discovery and problem framing, and act as a strong design partner to Product and Engineering. Your work will ensure that product decisions are well-reasoned, scalable, and grounded in user and business needs, reducing the need for top-down over-steering.This is not a delivery-only role. You will influence strategy, propose solutions, and help establish design as a first-class input into product decision-making.Responsibilities Bring clarity before solutions You will improve how Genesy approaches discovery and problem framing, helping teams clearly understand what problem we are solving and why before jumping into execution.Own and lead high-impact initiatives You will independently lead design for at least one major product initiative, from discovery through delivery, collaborating across squads and driving meaningful user and business impact.Influence, scale, and elevate design You will influence product direction, align senior stakeholders, evolve the design system, and mentor the junior Product Designer—raising the overall design bar as the company scales.About you You are a senior-level Product Designer who combines strong craft with product thinking and influence. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, enjoy shaping how things work, and take ownership beyond your immediate scope.Strong product thinking and customer centricity You understand user needs, business goals, and constraints.
