Please follow us on LinkedIn and .What you will be doingBuilding software to provide a scalable framework supporting enablement and rapid deployment of distributed applications and services in a microservice architecture.Working with product and engineer managers to define and implement the product, working with architects for high-level and detailed architecture design, and coordinating with other teams to complete the solution.Ensuring product resiliency and sustainability.Coaching, mentoring and encouraging the growth and career progression of team members.Establishing best practices and code hygiene in software development.Required skills and experience15+ years of work experience, including extensive experience building desktop and high-performance networking software and cloud servicesExperience in the development of customer-facing productsArchitectural experience with building frameworks for rapid deployment and expansionStrong design skills and system design experience in a linux environmentExperience in multi-threaded, multi-component complex systemsGood understanding of data structures and algorithms.Good understanding of distributed systems and networking technologies.Good understanding of image and audio processing, encoding and decoding and transmission on low latency systems.Strong programming knowledge of one of the following: C/ C++, Go, PythonAbility to suggest coding best practices and bring in effective code review feedback.Flexible in coordinating with global teams and encouraging round-the-clock efficiencyAbility to coach, mentor and encourage growth and career progress of team members.Additional Skill and KnowledgeStrong verbal and written communication skills.
