Responsibility for ensuring that the technical department provides the most cost-effective solution for the customer and more profitable for PERI, as well as to supervise the quality and technical precision of all the works produced in the technical department.Department managementComply and enforce mandatory group directives.Lead the work of the technical department optimizing its operation.Evaluation of performance in the technical department.Control compliance with the MBOs of the technical department.Mark, according to the management of the company, the remuneration criteria and variable premiums of the employees of the technical department.Hire qualified technical personnel suitable for the technical departmentEnsure and observes all technical codes, norms and processes of the technical departmentBid and Project ManagementSupervise the projects, technical solutions and calculations made in the department.Control the profitability of projects taking into account technical and financial risk.Support to commercial / project manager in the presentation of bids, participating in closing operations if necessary.Documentation and trainingProvide technical consultancy to the sales department and the client during meetings or on-site advice.Develop the training area of the company.Technically support all employees.Preparation of technical / economic reports.Disseminate technical information in the department and throughout the company.CommunicationRepresent PERI in external committees and clients.Perform system, product and company presentations both internally and in professional or university forums.Transmit vital information to other departments (logistics, billing, etc.)Participate in the Management Committees of the CompanyCommunicate with Germany and other subsidiaries of the group regarding technical issues.Your profileUniversity degree (civil or mechanical engineering), key areas: construction, steel construction, building operations or similar education such as master craftsperson (civil or mechanical engineering)Practical experience/professional experience in formwork and scaffolding (min . 8 years)Very good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of and experience with Auto CAD or similar softwareRstab and 3 D applicationsKnowledge in BIM applicationsVery good command in EnglishInternational experience and/or experience with international companiesTroubleshooting Advanced knowledge of PERI systems is an advantageAdvanced knowledge of design and manufacturing processes. xsgfvud Advanced knowledge of the calculation processes.Fluid handling of PERI technical tablesQuality of work organization and planningCommunicative and social competenceTeamwork orientedContinuous improvement / Innovation updating of knowledgeCustomer orientationAnalytical skillsTrustworthy and uprightStrong work ethic, open minded and reliable#J-18808-Ljbffr
