Produce architecture and engineering documentation and participate in network deployment and configuration projects.Contribute to major global infrastructure transformation projects, including integration or convergence of new entities into the Group’s standard solutions.Conduct audits of existing network infrastructures.Enhance solutions and product catalog by performing technological watch activities and testing new product ranges and software versions.Act as a technical expert during complex incident resolution and support technical operations during planned interventions (both during and outside of business hours).Maintain internal client satisfaction in a collaborative environment (flex office, coworking spaces, regular remote work, on-site facilities).
