In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full‑stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardised, and efficient production.About The JobMissionThe successful candidate will include Network and Security teams and will collaborate with them and other teams in IT Group by designing, building and providing level 3 support on security services and components such as firewalls/IPS and VPN concentrators while respecting processes and focusing on customer needs or issues.ResponsibilitiesIncident handling in Service supportPriorise, schedule, troubleshoot and resolve incoming support requestsPerform, when required, appropriate ticket escalationFollow and monitor the progress of incidents until they are resolved and closedKeep regular and clear communication about incident statusCreate, and maintain a knowledge base with appropriate solutionsImplement documented instructions and recommendationIdentify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions to be more proactiveAsset Management and monitoringParticipate to asset upgrade and migration campaignsParticipate to asset security patching campaigns and compliance remediation actions plansParticipate to business continuity exercises to ensure resilience of services and infrastructuresPerform daily health checks of services and infrastructure based on performance indicatorsPerform monthly IT operational permanent control to ensure stability and enhance reliabilityRequirementsUnderstand service and component resiliencyFirewalls vendor: Fortinet, Palo Alto Network and Check Point including the management console (FortiManager, Panorama, Multi‑Domain Security Management)Remote access on VPN SSL concentrators: Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance) and Cisco Secure ClientIntrusion Prevention/Detection System and Network Detection and ResponseChange, incident, problem management according to ITIL standardsServiceNow ticketing and request solutionAbility to draw infrastructure schemeWrite architecture and production documents (HLD, LLD)Tests equipment to validate new feature or product evolution.Monitoring and alerting: Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace syslogReporting, logging and SIEMTroubleshooting (PCAP analysis…)LanguagesFluent English written and spokenBasic French competence is optional and considered a plus.BenefitsTraining programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.Diversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
