This is your chance to make history.We are looking for an Occupational Doctor to join Servicio de Prevención Propio Amazon Spain Fullfillment, based at our Fulfillment Center.Tasks & Responsibilities- Perform medicalchecks related to occupational and workplace risks, issuing individual resultsreports.- Review, signand certify medical checks results properly. Provide results explanationsto interested stakeholders when applicable.- ReviewMedical Service assets, instrument and inventory, detecting and reportingany issue and improvement opportunity in terms of standards of service andassociate engagement.- Provide firstaid assistance when needed.- Being partof local EHS team, review and analyze Risk Assessments and suggestimprovement measures accordingly, including content of healthexaminations, vaccinations and training.- Assess casesof special sensitiveness to particular risks and suggest measures to betaken.- Liaisingwith relevant authorities, Mutua and Servicios de prevención ajenos in relationto work related incidents investigations.- Provide OHSconsultations and support to all stakeholders.- Developmedical service annual report and epidemiologic report, analyze resultsand provide improvement plans, proactive programs to improve overallhealth conditions for all amazonians.- Advise localand central teams regarding the Medical Service findings and needs, withthe objective of collecting and adjusting the real needs of the company.- Prepare andcarry out the Medical Services plans, according to the schedule agreed.- Prepare and/ or review of Health Activities Planning.- Producingstatistical data to report trends in key risk areas, for senior management.- Coordinationof team schedule, holidays and cover for absence.- Ensurecompliance to Spanish law in Amazon Spain Fulfillment SLU environment.- Trackimplementation of training programs to meet the needs of managers andassociates in regards to critical safety issues.- Trackimplementation of ergonomics programs where needed.- Lead andtrack implementation of required processes to ensure paperwork-complieswith Spanish law.- Buildmanagement and employee commitment for a safety program through influence,not authority.- Interactwith Workers councils when necessary.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- University degree on Medicine specialized on OccupationalMedicine (Medicina del Trabajo).- At least an experiencie of two years as internal or externalOccupational doctor.- Strong communication skills, leadership, teamwork, analysis,judgment and customer focus.- Ability to give support different Fulfillment Centers,capable of travelling periodically at regional level.- Fluent in Spanish, medium level of English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Accredited knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety,industrial and logistics environment.- Knowledge about local OHS related procedures, administrationcomplaints and legal issues.- Experience in managing and developing a team is a bonusAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
