Identify new business opportunities and define expansion strategies. Coordinate marketing and communication actions to strengthen the brand and generate demand.Lead the regional sales managers and teams in LATAM and EMEA. Promote collaboration across business units (IBUs), share insights, identify synergies, and communicate market needs. Supervise performance, drive results, and foster professional growth and a high-performance culture.Support and lead negotiations and closings of major commercial agreements in each region.A leadership project with global impact in an international and collaborative environment. An attractive compensation package (salary + bonus + company car ) + Social benefits including flexible start times (7:00-16:30), a canteen, and a gym. Remote work 6 days per month.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial leadership or business development positions within industrial or heavy machinery environments (industrial process equipment). Experience in industrial laundry will be a strong plus.Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Spanish and English (C1).
