As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our business operations, and supporting our continuous growth and expansion. Why Join Us? ● Real Impact: See the tangible results of your work. ● Professional Growth: Your journey with us directly impacts our company's success. ● No Strict Rules: We value creativity and innovation. ● Global Market: Contribute to reshaping the travel industry Bytetravel is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (BME Scaleup) Responsibilities: Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship Proven experience selling travel-related services, software or tech to tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, cruise companies...Etc.. Worked at or with companies such as tour operatators, DMC, NDC, bed banks Understands the dynamics of the B2B2C travel value chain (inventory, commission models, ancillary revenue) Target Client Background: Mid- to large-size tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and traditional travel trade partners Familiarity with outbound travel from Europe, LATAM, MENA or Asia markets Key Skills: Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, xsgfvud and commercial teams Experience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plus Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue Location & Language: Based in Barcelona Fluent in English ; Spanish, French, or German are strong assets depending on region What We Offer: Flexible working hours Remote work 1 day per week REAL Stock options , we are a listed in the BME Scaleup Stock market Private Health insurance Permanent contract Attractive commissions & bonus incentives.
