To be part of this project, we are looking for a Ground Technical Lead Manager, whose responsibilities will be as follows: Lead technical systems matters. Coordinate system engineering activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors. Lead coordination between project teams with consortium partners, subcontractors, and customers to ensure adequate and efficient contribution/review to all high-level deliverables, follow-up of actions, and participation in meetings. Lead the production by the team of all technical deliverables of the project. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible for the delivery of the technical outputs of the assigned projects. Minimum requirements ~ Master’s Degree in either Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field ~+10 years of relevant experience ~ Successful experience in managing large institutional and commercial projects ~ Proven experience in managing technical teams in complex engineering projects ~ Familiarity with Ground Segment hardware and software development and in Ground Segment integration ~ Strong experience in end-to-end Ground Segment engineering ~ Strong Experience with satellite ground segment operations and network management ~ Knowledge and experience in software tools related with System Engineering and Requirement Management. ~ Good presentation and communication skills ~ Native to an EU member state and willing to undergo an EU secret clearance process. ~ Fluency in English, both written and spoken, any other European language is considered as an asset ~ Location: Madrid At Hispasat we promote equal opportunities and an inclusive environment.
