¿Te apasiona el área de Recursos Humanos y quieres formar parte de una empresa en crecimiento? Estamos buscando un HR Business Partner para asumir un rol estratégico y operativo, trabajando de la mano con Dirección y Gerencia de Planta. Responsabilidades principales: Liderar procesos de reclutamiento y selección (publicación, entrevistas, onboarding). Gestionar administración de personal y nómina en coordinación con gestoría externa. Actuar como interlocutor en relaciones laborales y negociación con RLT y Comité de Empresa. Elaborar informes y reporting para diferentes áreas (HSSE, IT, Finanzas). Coordinar formación corporativa y técnica , incluyendo gestión FUNDAE. Participar en evaluación del desempeño y compensación . Implementar políticas de RRHH y asesorar a managers en cuestiones laborales. Requisitos imprescindibles: Titulación en Psicología, Sociología, Relaciones Laborales o similar + Máster en RRHH. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones similares. Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y paquete Office . Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales con plantillas a turnos. Competencias clave: Proactividad, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas y compromiso. Qué ofrecemos: Contrato indefinido. Proyecto estable en empresa líder.
