As aSAP SuccessFactors Consultant , you will participate in the development, delivery, and maintenance of business solutions based on SAP technologies. Your responsibilities include capturing functional and technical requirements from clients, translating business needs into SAP requirements, and identifying the best solutions. You will be responsible for SuccessFactors solution development, customization, and deployment. You will work in multidisciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) both locally and remotely.Our SuccessFactors Consultants possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. xsgfvud Success is measured by building strong relationships with clients, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will lead and manage projects, handle financials, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with our global delivery centers.QualificationsThis is what you already have:4-6 years of experience with SuccessFactorsKnowledge of Employee Central and/or Recruiting Management modulesExperience in developing functional and system specificationsProficiency in English and Spanish at a consulting levelGood communication skills and a strong team playerOccasional travel may be required#J-18808-Ljbffr
