You will design the application, follow the defined implementation process, and meet established milestones and target completion dates. You will work both remotely and on-site with customers to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products. This role is critical to the success of implementations with key customers across the region.What You'll Work OnImplement Employee Central for customers following our methodologyFacilitate workshops to gather requirements, document them, and create prototypes to confirm requirements with the customerConfigure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to productionAdvise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practicesCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers, communicating project goals, updates, and tasksPresent technical components in a non-technical way to key stakeholders
