We’re committed to fostering a positive, growth‑oriented environment where creativity, collaboration, and innovation thrive.Requirements 5 + years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in thegambling industry(highly desirable). Background working inproduct companies , with a deep understanding of product development cycles. Advanced skills inFigmaand design systems. Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities. Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights. Experience designing formobile appsandresponsive web platforms .Abilities & Mindset Strong problem‑solving skills to tackle complex design challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.Responsibilities Create intuitive, user‑ and business‑centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards. Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions. Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly. Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements. Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system. Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.Benefits 23 working days of vacation per year. 6 sick days without a doctor's note.
