Web Designer (UX/UI) Contract Duration:6–12 months + extensions Location:Remote from Spain Start Date:Early January 2026 Utilisation:40 hours per week (Mon–Fri) Language:Fluent in Spanish & English Hourly Rate:€25–€27 (Gross)Requirements 5+ years of experienceas a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer. 4+ years of experience in Figma(mandatory). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong foundation inuser-centered design, UX heuristics, and usability principles. Excellent communication skills (internal team & client-facing). Proven experience designingresponsive, mobile-firstlayouts. Experience delivering high-quality design for complex web/app interfaces (accessibility, scalability, responsiveness). Strong design sense with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability. Proactive mindset, independence, and desire for continuous improvement.Responsibilities Design high-quality UI assets and web interfaces Ensure usability, accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness across all digital design output. Deliver intuitive, mobile-first, user-centered designs using best industry practices. Recommend new UX/UI features, improvements, and best-practice enhancements. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints through proper governance and adherence to design rules.
