Europe Regional Total Rewards Manager (BG HC) Support with organic and in-organic(M&A) business growth Co-work with multinational team Professional and efficient hiring managing teamWorking location (Alternative):1, Madrid, Spain2, Stuttgart or Frankfurt, GermanyCompany Information:Midea Group is one of the Global Fortune500 companies and ranks 246 in 2025.Por favor, lea detenidamente la información de esta oferta de empleo para entender exactamente qué se espera de los posibles candidatos.We havediversified business including smart home appliance, KUKA robotics, building technology,industrial components, medical devices, logistics, and so on.We have over 190 thousandemployee global wise and overseas market takes over 40% of our yearly revenue.Job Summary:As a Regional Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Shared ServicesCenter PMO team, providing support, guidance and analytical expertise on compensationstructures, benefits practices and incentive programs to enhance the organization’s ability toattract, retain and motivate talented people.Key Responsibility and Objectives:1.Support Midea regional rewards review cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, andbudgeting2.Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources,including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader totalrewards team to make informed decisions3.Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global totalrewards projects4.Lead Europe compensation structures build-up, refinement and annual refresh5.Lead Europe benefits program design, implementation and manage deliveries6.Support workforce planning, annual budget review and administration7.Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices8.Collaborate with Regional and Country HRBP, as well as Talent Acquisition, to prepareand refine offer proposals9.Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes. xsgfvud Key Qualifications:1.Bachelor’s degree or above2.8 years and above HR experience, with more than 5 years in Compensation & Benefits (orin an operational HR role with Total rewards aspects) in a complex internationalenvironment3.Basic knowledge of compensation theory and practice and knowledge of Europeanbenefits and compensation laws and regulations required4.Customer focus and ability to build partnerships, team player, respect of deadline andaction-oriented are key competencies5.Ability to work under pressure, shows flexibility under fast changing environment anddelivers quality work with strong attention to details6.Fluency in English, written and spoken7.Familiar with market intelligence providers/platforms.8.Proficient in Excel and competent in the use of HR related systems and tools9.Nice to have: Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish…)
