Every guestroom includes a private terrace, creating a unique blend of elegance, comfort, and entertainment.What you’ll doMaintain and consolidate all financial transactions in the general ledger.Ensure all assets are duly capitalized and necessary adjustments are made before month‑end.Support internal and external audits and implement internal controls to prevent imbalances.Work closely with accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure timely postings.Maintain Contract Log and resolve queries from suppliers.Check vouchers, prepare payments and forward to FC for authorization.Perform month‑end closing and enter general ledger entries and journal vouchers as required.Reconcile balance sheets and bank statements, and oversee credit extension and collection of overdue accounts.Oversee internal hotel audits and report anomalies to management, ensuring audit policies and procedures are followed.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with reporting calendars.Conduct necessary procedures to meet all legal requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.+2 years of experience in a hotel’s accounting department.Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain high attention to detail.Fluent in Spanish and English.Ownership of important issues, problem‑solving and effective decision‑making.Quick learner and adaptable to SLS’s culture.Humble, open to ideas and fosters teamwork.Willingness to try new approaches and embrace change.Team‑player who enjoys hard work, support and fun.Additional InformationThe opportunity to join an innovative, fast‑growing, international group committed to building a global brand.The chance to challenge the norm in a creative and rewarding environment.Being part of a passionate team that creates great hospitality experiences and explores new locations.A competitive package and ample opportunities for development. xsgfvud Excellent discounts across the entire Ennismore family of brands.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustriesHospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
