No deje pasar esta oportunidad, inscríbase rápidamente si su experiencia y habilidades coinciden con lo que se indica en la siguiente descripción.What you will be doing Provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent to CCC Partner with business stakeholders and HR team to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process Manage the recruitment process, in conjunction with HR team, from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates Ensure data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire. Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achieved May participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as needed Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization.
