Copyright Clearance Center is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will recruit international positions providing a full resourcing service including sourcing and recruitment cycle management and support the wider HR Team. You will ensure that candidates are recruited efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the ongoing needs of the business.What you will be doingProvide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent to CCCPartner with business stakeholders and HR team to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring processManage the recruitment process, in conjunction with HR team, from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experienceDevelop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines of high-caliber candidatesEnsure data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire.Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achievedMay participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as neededRequirements2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization.Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholdersDemonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing excellent candidate experienceExperience using recruitment ATS; ADP a plusStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English (C1 or equivalent)Results-focused, highly adaptable, and flexibleEager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search toolsA pioneer in voluntary collective licensing, CCC is a leading information solutions provider to organizations around the world.
