Payoro is one of Europe’s fast‑growing payment platforms trusted by global merchants for seamless mass payouts and settlements across 88+ IBAN countries. We are on track to 200m+ EUR in annualized transaction volume.Your RoleYou will own the financial operations of Payoro – spanning accounting, reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and compliance. You’ll also be responsible for building the finance team and ensuring our financial infrastructure scales with our growth. You will report directly to the CEO & Founder and collaborate closely with leadership across the group.Who You AreExperienced in accounting, reconciliation, and settlements.Proven track record in payments, banking, iGaming, or crypto (strong plus).Equally comfortable with spreadsheets and strategic financial planning.Passionate about automation, AI, and operational excellence.Thrive in fast‑paced, international environments.Agile, pragmatic, and outcome‑driven.Knowledge of regulatory finance (PSD2 / PSR) safeguarding, own‑funds, regulator returns.Familiarity with MiCA / stablecoin scope and responsibilities (desirable, not mandatory).What You’ll DoDevelop and implement financial strategies, long‑term plans, and forecasts.Oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, manage cash flow, and analyze performance.Lead budgeting and forecasting, track performance against goals, and propose corrective actions.Build and manage the finance team, fostering high performance and accountability.Implement financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate financial risks.Advise the CEO, Founder and executive team on strategic initiatives, including M&A, capital allocation, and investments.Maintain relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners.Bring a modern, automation‑driven approach to financial reporting and settlements.What You GetWork from Tallinn, Madrid, Canada, or fully remote.
