Established 35 years ago, we have become the market leader for an extensive client base of companies, NGOs, and governments around the world.The Senior Security Advisor is a senior representative of International SOS with key stakeholders in the Spanish market, focusing on the commercial development of security services.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the vision and commercial strategy for the Spanish market, in cooperation with all stakeholders at the Madrid office (management team, security manager, Sales & Marketing team, assistance centre teams, head of the Spanish‑speaking desk).Leverage their network to maintain and develop high‑level relationships and collaboration with Security Directors of the 50 largest Spanish companies.Support the security agendas of all clients and prospects by providing professional advice on employee mobility security issues.Represent International SOS with major security organisations and associations.By gathering market feedback, support our innovation agenda by contributing ideas and use cases for potential evolutions of our products and services.Strengthen International SOS’s visibility in the Thought Leadership space in Spain by participating in conferences and acting as a senior expert in the media as part of our public relations strategy.Support the Government agenda in Spain.Build strong, long‑lasting peer‑to‑peer relationships with senior security directors in the Spanish market (clients and prospects).Explain and promote our Security solutions to senior‑level security and non‑security experts, in Spanish or English.Support business development through the introduction of potential prospects.Contribute to account management by participating in client meetings (quarterly reviews, crisis management, complaint management, etc.).About YouDesired Personal AttributesCuriosity: ability to question, understand the subtleties of our internal organisation and ecosystem in Spain, and propose innovative solutions.Flexibility: approachable, tolerant, collaborative, and effective when working with peers and younger teams.Ability to deliver results through the development of relationships inside and outside International SOS.Ability to analyse market trends and needs.Impeccable integrity and a positive contribution to the image and brand of International SOS.This role would suit an experienced Head of Security of a large Spanish company and/or a retired officer with experience in the military, international intelligence, or security operations. xsgfvud Please submit your CV in English. #Europe#J-18808-Ljbffr
