At Paradox, we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge but rewire who they are.Todos los candidatos deben asegurarse de leer atentamente la siguiente descripción del puesto y la información antes de enviar su solicitud.Position OverviewAs a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.” Each cycle you lead will integrate protocols, adaptive AI‑powered coaching loops, personalized journeys, and AI agents that enhance the student journey.MissionDesign the learning system end to end– from architecture to execution.Script immersive learning experiencesthat engage heart and brain; each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation.Own the course creation process– strategy, content delivery, and collaboration with experts.Iterate on the course using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the full learning architecture, design journeys, and feature specifications.Write, copy, and produce educational assets (modules, assessments, reflection prompts).Conduct user research and iterate course design based on learner data.Create AI‑powered loops, prompt chains, and conversational experiences that feel human and transformative.Measure impact, refine KPIs, and drive retention through behavioral triggers.Qualifications3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).Shipped at least one major feature or product end to end with measurable results.Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and high‑quality content production.Portfolios of cinematic, narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.Strong writing, aesthetic sensibility, and critical thinking.Benefits & CultureRemote‑first with optional offices in Dubai, Paris, and Lisbon.Competitive salary plus yearly benefits (gym, books, coaching).Autonomous, high‑impact work with a culture of accountability and agility.Freedom to pursue learning and personal growth.How to ApplySend your résumé, portfolio, and a short cover letter to Paradox.
