This role is responsible for managing Order to Cash activities, including Collections, Billing, and Backoffice operations, ensuring seamless processes with our clients. The primary objectives are Risk Control, Cash flow optimization, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) improvement. You will interact closely with key internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver operational excellence and financial accuracy.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including collections, billing, and back-office tasks.Monitor and control credit risk to ensure compliance with company policies.Drive improvements in cash flow and reduce DSO through proactive measures.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues and optimize processes.Act as the main point of contact for external clients regarding billing and payment queries.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.Analyze account performance and implement strategies to mitigate risk.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Order to Cash cycle.Skillset and Experience RequiredExperience: Previous experience in Order to Cash, Collections, or Finance operations.Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of risk control and cash management principles.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.At HBX Group, we believe diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good. xsgfvud We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, embracing different backgrounds, perspectives, and talents.
