This role requires a friendly, professional, and resourceful individual who excels in communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be committed to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing their overall experience. Here's a general description of their duties:Your main functions will be:·Guest Relations:oGreet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.oAssist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.oAddress guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.oProvide information about the aparthotel facilities, services, and local attractions.·Reservation Management:oIn coordination with the leasing team, handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate records in the reservation system.oCoordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage special requests and group bookings.·Communication:oServe as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, providing assistance and information as needed.oMaintain effective communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations exceeded.·Concierge Services:oAssist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, and activity bookings.oProvide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and events.·Administrative Duties:oMaintain accurate guest records and update the reservation system as necessary.oProcess payments and handle financial transactions securely and accurately.oPrepare and distribute guest-related reports to management.·Quality Assurance:oConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company standards.oReport any maintenance issues or housekeeping concerns to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.·Feedback Collection:oSolicit guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions to continuously improve service quality.oAddress any negative feedback constructively and ensure follow-up actions are taken.What are they looking for? ‍·Previous experience in a guest relations in a hotel environment, front desk, customer service, or hospitality role (1-2 years preferred).·Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office.·Strong organizational and multitasking skills.·Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.·Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).·Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance.·Willingness to work flexible hours as required.What do they offer?·Dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with cross-cutting structure and opportunities for development and growth.·The opportunity to create a unique product from scratch with direct impact on residents' lives, offering new housing solutions in a stressed market. xsgfvud ·Teambuilding sessions.
