And you?Your mission in a few wordsThe production planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules to ensure the service level and the efficiency of the plants within budget.What would you do?Achieve the Service Level KPI by developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure that products are produced in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinating production activities with other departments, such as purchasing, inventory, and quality, to ensure that production schedules are aligned with supply chain needs.Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet changing requirements or delays.Contribute to achieve OEE KPI of the production plants through anticipating and preventing last‑minute changes in production.Detect capacity gaps and elaborate scenarios in order to anticipate and prevent capacity challenges in our production plants.Managing inventory levels to ensure the service level.Communicate proactively within Customer Service and Sales departments about any possible unforeseen event that could affect the service.Detect deviations in the forecast to escalate it to the demand planning team to get new insights about the market behaviour.The Baker we’re looking for4 years of experience in demand/production planningFluent Spanish & English oral and writtenProficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with production planning software is a plusStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentPassionate and team playerWhy to join our team?Access to the Bakers VIP Club platform, an exclusive discount platform for leisure and consumption available to our employees.Breakfast with Europastry products every morning at our offices.Flexible Compensation Plan that includes health insurance, daycare, transportation, meals, and pet insurance.Employee discount on Europastry products.Subsidised meals at Nora Real Food and Metropolitan Restaurant, allowing our employees to enjoy meals at a reduced cost.Employee discounts for the gym and paddle courts located on‑site.Shortened work hours on Friday afternoons.At Europastry, we believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
