**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the MPS/MRP and scheduling process and resolve exceptions in accordance with the planning parameters and S&OP
- Manage the production plan from short to mid term horizon
- Balancing production capacity to meet the demand
- Review production plan adherence and drive RCA to improve it
- Review OTIF with the contract manufacturers for the outsourced production
- Owner of the Scheduling system and its parametrization
- Defining Inventory Policies
- Maintaining the correct stocking type in the ERP
- Defining and implementing KPIs to monitor inventory and industrial performance
- Contact point between Planning and Industrial
- Contact point to schedule outsourced production.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvements and projects within supply planning area

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planner
- Industrial Engineering, Master in Supply Chain is a plus
- Experience in JDE, SO99+ and C10 is valuable
- Very good in Microsoft Excel
- Results-oriented person
- Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
- Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure
- Mínimum English B2
