Lea toda la información sobre este puesto a continuación y luego pulse el botón de solicitar.General DescriptionUnder the direction of the National Field Director Spain & Portugal, this individual is responsible to maximize the performance of BeOne’s products in the region assigned in Spain. The Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements the marketing and sales strategy and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets. The RFM is further responsible for the individual coaching and development of her/his commercial team.Essential Functions of the jobBuilding an image/brand and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hemato-oncology market.Establishing strong relationships and future-oriented collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOL), study groups and key accounts.Preparing the commercial market (customers, study groups etc.) for the approval of BeOne’s products.Implementing marketing strategies for upcoming launches in the haemato-oncology market.Build BeOne’s founding sales function within Spain, preparing, building and structuring a competent commercial field team in Spain.Achievement of regional commercial goals and defined performance parameters.Regional budget planning and monitoring.Definition of basic sales goals and regular commercial analysis of our markets.Individual determination of developmental needs/strengths of her/his commercial team members and execution of individualized development programs, trainings and coachingsScientific expert advice and support of KOLs in hospitalsClose cross-functional cooperation with colleagues in the other departments.Keeping management informed of any market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development.Supervising and monitoring of development and implementation of key account plans.Close collaboration with market access to facilitate access on those accounts MA team cannot reachWork closely with marketing to establish, measure and exceed field force effectiveness standards.Partner closely with medical, marketing and Market Access to ensure alignment of BeOne’s Spain commercialization strategyParticipation in national and international scientific meetings, symposia and workshops.Provide exceptional leadership, fostering an environment to drive high performance, engagement, accountability, empowerment, and behaviours fully consistent with the BeOne´s values and culture.Foster a leadership culture which attracts, develops and retains candidates, create effective internal communication and foster teamwork.Establish strong relationships and act as BeOne ‘face’ with all customers and stakeholders in the field of hematology and oncology, supporting the organization in achieving its goals and objectives.Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct.Ensure team compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.QualificationsScientific education and experiences in this or similar positions, life science degree (university, college) and professional experienceMore than 5 years of qualified work experience as commercial team leader, several years of leadership experiences in the hemato-oncology market,Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.Specific knowledge in the hemato-oncology marketProven successful supervision of commercial teamsHigh social competence and capacity for teamworkHighly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitudeSuccess-, service-, and sales-oriented thinking and workingExceptional communication and thought leadershipExcellent knowledge in Hemato-Oncology is mandatoryExcellent and reliable contacts with important hematologists and opinion leaders in hematology centers/PBOs in our indicationsConfident manner, good customer acceptance due to medical and scientific expertiseEnjoying working in a commercial team and doing project work as well as networkingMakes things happen: has the right level of implementation skills.Good English and computer skillsValid driver ‘s licenseEducation RequiredUniversity undergraduate degree in science or business as a minimum;At least 10 years of industry experienceSupervisory ResponsibilitiesLocal/regional sales team solid line; responsible of hiring, supervising and developing the team.Computer SkillsStandard Computer Skills required (MS Office)Other QualificationsFluency in both verbal and written English and the country language; any other major European language of advantageTravelApproximately 60% of timeGlobal CompetenciesFosters TeamworkProvides and Solicits Honest and Actionable FeedbackSelf-AwarenessActs InclusivelyDemonstrates InitiativeEntrepreneurial MindsetContinuous LearningEmbraces ChangeResults-OrientedAnalytical Thinking/Data AnalysisFinancial ExcellenceCommunicates with ClarityEqual OpportunityWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. xsgfvud BeOne does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
