They are performing that according to the Group guidelines and standards (Security, compliance, features, infrastructures, …).The services concerned are LAN campus, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Network Access Control (NAC) and DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) solutions.About The JobMISSIONAs part of the Telecom Campus team, you will join a group of about 30 specialists focused on enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi Networks.The team is responsible for designing, deploying and ensuring the operational maintenance of telecom infrastructures across BNP Paribas office buildings and banking branches.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, your main responsibilities will include:Designing and evolvingthe Group’s LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructures by proposing highly resilient and secure architectural models. You will produce architecture and engineering documentation and participate in network deployment and configuration projectsContributing to major global infrastructure transformation projects, suchas the integration or convergence of new entities into the Group’s standard solutions.Conducting auditsof existing network infrastructures.Enhancing the solutions and product catalog byperforming technological watch activities and testing new product ranges and software versions.Acting as a technical expertduring complex incident resolution and supporting technical operations during planned interventions (both during and outside of business hours).You will play a key role in maintaining internal client satisfaction within a pleasant working environment (flex office, coworking spaces, regular remote work, on-site restaurant, gym, media library, concierge services). As part of BNP Paribas’ IT core, you will be among the experts driving the bank’s IT services forwardRequirementsYou have strong expertise in telecom infrastructure and enterprise networks, with in-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi architectures and network security components.You are proficient in configuring enterprise LANs, including switch and router setup, and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, EVPN, VXLAN, and SD-WAN.You are also skilled in Wi-Fi network setup: conducting wireless coverage surveys, defining access point configurations, verifying frequency and channel settings, and configuring Wi-Fi controllers.You have hands-on experience with Cisco ISE security systems (including 802.1x, EAP-TLS, TEAP protocols).You are comfortable working with several of the following products: Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISE, WLC 9800, Catalyst Center, Aruba switches, Aruba MC, Ekahau, and Arista switches.Nice To HaveLAN Data center skillsSDWAN architecture & SASE network evolutionAnsible development skillsCreate insightful dashboard on GrafanaLanguages & QualificationsYou hold a Master’s degree from an engineering school or equivalent university program, with a specialization in Networks and Telecommunications.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the position involves frequent interaction with Group entities worldwide.If You have Basic French language skills is an advantageSkillsYou have at least 7 years of experience in similar roles within organizations of comparable size.You are recognized for your proactivity and client-oriented mindsetYour ability to solve complex problems helps you achieve your goalsYou also have excellent synthesis and analytical skills, and your adaptability is one of your key strengths.OthersAvailable for On Site Services: 08:00 to 19:00 regular schedule.Available for On Call Services: Off regular schedule services in 24/7 weekly shifts.Transversal & BehavioralAccountabilityResilienceGood interpersonal skillsBenefitsTraining programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.Diversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
