In this role, you’ll be at the heart of project governance and operational excellence, ensuring that initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with Allianz’s global standards. If you’re passionate about structure, continuous improvement, and enabling teams to succeed, this is your opportunity to influence key decisions, collaborate with diverse business and tech stakeholders, and help shape the future of project delivery in a dynamic, international environment.What You DoOversee project lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Allianz standards and methodologies (Agile, ITIL).Maintain project governance frameworks, including documentation, approvals, and reporting.Track KPIs and SLAs for projects and services.Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and senior management.Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision‑making forums.Administer and optimize PMO tools (JIRA, Confluence, EazyBI, SharePoint, ServiceNow).Develop dashboards and reports for project tracking and performance monitoring.Identify process gaps and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.Support organizational change initiatives and communication of new processes.What You BringStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and frameworks (ITIL).Proficiency in PMO tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or are a plus.Fluent in English; German, French or Spanish proficiency is a plus.What We OfferHybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely up to 25 days per year.Competitive compensation and benefits, including company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).Lifelong learning opportunities through digital learning programs and international career mobility.Flexible working and health & wellbeing offers, including healthcare and parental leave benefits.About Allianz TechnologyWith its headquarters in Munich, Germany, Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider and delivers IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization.
