This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will define the strategy, execute it in the early phase, and build a high‑performing team as the project scales.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the full go‑to‑market and growth strategy, owning the marketing funnel and KPIs.Lead market research and competitor analysis to shape positioning, promotions and channel mix.Plan, launch and optimise paid and non‑paid campaigns.Manage tracking, analytics, A/B testing and data‑driven optimisation.Build and grow crypto‑native communities across Discord, Telegram, X and other platforms.Manage influencer and creator partnerships.Own brand positioning, creatives, content and conversion optimisation.Support affiliate strategy, partner campaigns and tailored promotions.Collaborate with Product, CRM, VIP, Payments and Compliance teams to align acquisition and retention initiatives.Produce clear performance reports and ensure traffic quality, fraud awareness and mobile‑first execution.Act as a one‑person growth engine initially, then hire and lead a small marketing team.Requirements5+ years’ digital marketing experience in iGaming, betting or other high‑risk B2C sectors.Proven success driving user acquisition, revenue and ROI.Hands‑on experience across paid media, community channels, crypto/web3 marketing and creator/KOL management.Strong analytics skills (GA4, attribution, cohorts, funnels).Understanding of crypto user flows, wallets, deposits, bonuses and lifecycle journeys. xsgfvud Experience in start‑up/lean environments and regulated or grey markets.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesGambling Facilities and CasinosEuropean Union $150,000.00-$220,000.00#J-18808-Ljbffr
