Your role includes designing application functionalities, specifying requirements, analyzing defects, and ensuring high reliability of components and processes. Your business insights, data visibility, and technical expertise will give you a competitive edge. Additionally, you will contribute to providing innovative AI solutions and AI-driven processes, aligning with the latest technology trends.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Lead the design and architecture of business applications.Analyze and resolve application defects collaboratively.Use application data to identify business improvement opportunities.Design and adapt components and processes to enhance application reliability.Implement AI solutions and AI-driven processes to meet business goals.Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.Apply project management methodologies, preferably SCRUM, to ensure timely project delivery.Required Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in computer science or related IT fields.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in system design and documentation.Experience with MS Office, Confluence, JIRA, MySQL, UML, BPMN, ePC, Postman, Webservices (JSON), GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON, Splunk, Dynatrace, AWS Console.Knowledge of project management methodologies, especially SCRUM.Understanding of the insurance industry.What We Offer:Permanent full-time contract23 days of annual leaveContinuous training in technical, transversal skills, and languages, with certifications and online learning platformsLife and accident insuranceFlexible benefits (health, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, mobility, training)Access to the “Privilige Club” for deals on various brandsPersonalized onboarding processRecreational spaces in officesSupportive and collaborative work environmentMost importantly, you will have opportunities for professional growth through individualized career development plans, goal setting, and achievement support. xsgfvud Your voice matters—join us and be part of something biggerThe world is how we shape it#J-18808-Ljbffr
