Join usYour roleYour role as a Product Manager LS/IT ( WMS / Logistics Software implementations)The Product Manager is responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to deliver a working product. Their primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns with the goals of engineering teams, while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes.What will you do?Define the product strategy and roadmapDefine what product is needed for the customerDevelop Scoping plan - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactDevelop Customer Concept (all groups represented, i.e., YMS, CSP, WMS etc.)IT Hardware list for hardware streamTranslate scoping plan and customer concept to product roadmap (LS/IT planning)Defining and iterating the productWork with the different engineering teams to deliver new softwareSolving (development) problems as they appearSet up of the systems with the correct configurationsClosely managing the product scope to get the product launched on time and within budgetRegular reviews with the customer to assess whether the product meets the customer expectationsManage and oversee testing of the complete solutionDefine testing approach with optimal resources availableTest connection between the product and the customersEvaluate test results and work with the engineering teams to solve functional and technical issuesClosely managing the product scope to get the product launched on time and within budgetRegular reviews with the customer to assess whether the product meets the customer expectationsManage and oversee the implementation of the productDefine go-live approach with optimal resources available (support)Evaluate go-live results and work with the engineering teams to solve functional and technical issuesHandover product to local operations teamWho are we looking for?Bachelor's degree or relevant experience3-7 years of experience in WMS / Logistics Software implementations, Operations management, Software user experienceWilling to travel on a fairly regular basisLeadership skills and the ability to take initiative, flexible, problem-solving attitude, very good communicatorHighly proficient in English, any other European language is a plusPlease note the exact location of the project is Noblejas, Toledo.You are kindly asked to apply with your CV in English.Why join NewCold?At NewCold, our people are our most valuable asset.
