Our innovative advertising products are high‑impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands and agencies.ResponsibilitiesOwn client relationships with major beauty companies, increase product adoption and develop scaled solutionsBe instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the marketCollaborate cross‑functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationshipsAnalyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutionsMinimum QualificationsExperience in media sales, performance advertising, digital marketing, brand advertising, and / or online advertising experienceHigh oral and / or written fluency in Spanish and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders / vendors across Spain, reflecting the nature of the markets this position coversDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a MediaSales / Partnerships roleDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital xsgfvud marketing funnel – specifically performance marketingGood knowledge of the beauty industry landscapeGood understanding of media and creative agency landscapePreferred QualificationsSelf‑starter, fast learner with a start‑up spiritCreative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategistExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to win the support of senior stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
