Then this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity could be just what you’ve been waiting for What you do on a typical day - Responsible for the whole Operations Process in your rotation - Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer - Set, agree, and manage objectives and KPI's with direct reports to achieve a ‘best in class operation - Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI’s and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement - Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes - Plan, supervise and coordinate Lelystad Platform operation during shifts / areas - Plan the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals - Provide training and assessments to teams.
